Planting Small Seeds

Last month I wrote about my Small Seeds Bible Campaign for Gospel for Asia. I talked about reaching my campaign goal earlier this year, and why not up the campaign ante?

Today I opened my email to find Small Seeds have blessed GFA missionaries once again by exceeding that Bible campaign goal of $200! What a blessing to be able to share the God’s Word with those who haven’t even heard the name Jesus Christ! Amen.

So, I think, why stop now?

Because of the Small Seeds Bible Campaign we have raised enough money to print 40 Bibles.

Don’t think 40 Bibles sounds like much?

It’s 40 more people who will know the path to salvation. 40 more people who will know and feel the love of Christ. 40 more people who will find comfort in their time of need.

To those 40 people it’s everything.

That’s what Small Seeds are all about…plant small seeds of faith and compassion in hopes that they will grow bigger than we ever dreamed. And to inspire others to plant Small Seeds of their own; wherever they are I their faith walk.

I’ve been praying on Hebrews 11:1 – “Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurances about things we cannot see.”

Also. I am loving the song “Love Take Me Over” by Steven Curtis Chapman. “Let Your never-ending, all-consuming love take me over.”

God showed his love to us by sending his only son Jesus Christ as our savior. Therefore, sharing that love with others is the greatest love of all.
