Take a moment this Monday, before the hectic week starts, and just breathe. By the way, if you’re reading this and it’s not Monday…it still works. You’re welcome.

May your week be filled with joy. May you find that joy in the presentness of life. (Yea, I just made up a word.) May you anticipate the great things to come, but also stop to notice the great things that are happening here and now. Give thanks for joy, no matter how small. May you be present and in His presence this week.
Way to anticipate that I would need a few moments to just breathe the morning before the week starts. I am guessing that I will need several of those moments in the coming weeks as working through the projects at work have left me tossing an turning and doing more mental gymnastics than I thought were possible.

Yea, I was thinking of you when I said “just breathe”. 😉

I love the simple truth in this post. We don’t need a lot of words sometimes to speak God’s truth. Joy is found in the everyday as long as we are abiding in Him.

Amen to that. Sometimes we try to make it so complicated, and it’s not…

Love the photo, love your words, love the quote! LOVE! Because every Wednesday can feel fresh and new like a Monday when we breath in the presentness {great word} of life. 🙂 Thanks for sharing. {found you on Holley Gerth’s Coffee for your Heart link up}

Not a coincidence that I stumbled across your blog from Coffee For Your Heart. My focus for Lent this year is presence. Thanks for the beautiful image and words!
