You’re Loved

Can you talk? Woman to woman. I want to tell you something that you may not know. Something that has taken me a long time to realize.

You are lovedYou are more than your dress size. You were lovingly made by a master artist, the same artist that created everything in this world.

Stop critiquing the lines I our face, the stretchmarks on your hips. Although your youth will fade, the beauty in your heart will not.

He took special care to create you. Handle His creation with care. Do not speak harsh words to yourself, as He would not speak those judgmental words to you.

Don’t be fooled by today’s society body standards. Your body is more than a sexual object that is used to sell everything from shampoo to cars. Your body was created to give hugs to those who need one; to lift a laughing child into the air; to feed our precious children; to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Your voice is important. You were made to speak words of hope and comfort; to speak against injustice; to speak for those who have no voice.

What you do matters. Everything you do, from the big to the mundane. It ALL matters.

You were formed by His loving hands. Isaiah 64:8

Ladies, you are beautiful, smart and strong. You were made to do great things; things you may not know yet. There is no mountain you cannot climb with Him as your guide.

And, it’s not just me who believes it.

He believes it too.
