10 Faith Resolutions for Everyday

Hi! Welcome to the new home of Have Faith Everyday. I am so glad you are here. I was going to wait until my new home was up and running but I just couldn’t wait! So, you will be seeing more changes to the design as I tweak it over the next few weeks. Pull up a chair and a cup of coffee and stay awhile. Let me know what you think about the new layout and if you experience any glitches. Thanks!

faith resolutions for every christian

Resolution 1 | Have faith. {Hebrews 11:1}

Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it give us assurance about things we cannot see.

Resolution 2 | Keep kindness and loyalty in your heart. {Proverbs 3:3-5}

Never let your loyalty and kindness leave you! Tie them around your neck as a reminder. Write them deep within your heart.

Resolution 3 | Be content with what you have rather than what you wish you had. {Ecclesiastes 6:9}

Enjoy what you have rather than desiring what you don’t have.

Resolution 4 | Be thankful everyday for the gifts the Lord has given you. {Psalm 118:24}

This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.

Resolution 5 | Do not judge others. {James 4:12}

God alone, who gave the law is the judge…what right do you have to judge your neighbor?

Resolution 6 | Be you. You are perfect the way you are. {Isaiah 64:8}

We have been formed by His loving hands.

Resolution 7 | Lift each other up with love and good works. {Hebrews 10:23-24}

Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works.

Resolution 8 | Stop worrying about today. {Matthew 6:34}

So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.

Resolution 9 | Help those in need. (1 John 3:17}

If someone has enough money to live well and sees a brother or sister in need but shows no compassion–how can God’s love be in that person?

Resolution 10 | Guard you heart. {Proverbs 4:23}

Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.
