Spring is in the air…

…Or at least in my dining room.

The backyard is in a complete disarray. Where there once was a lush green yard now has been replaced with a mud pit. I will not take a picture to prove it to you either. And I owe this all to our big black lab named Thor. It’s a good thing he is cute.

Remember these painted pots we did early in March? We filled them with pansies and left them on the neighbors doorstep for Easter. The little sign reads “You are one of my favorite Peeps”. {Found here.}

Grandma Mary stopped by with her traditional Easter basket for the girls. The plastic eggs are always filled with candy…and cash. That’s almost better than chocolate.
